We work functionally and anatomically to take into consideration each client as a whole and work with you for long term solutions and management, both in acute and chronic injuries or pain.
We offer Private Duo sessions for those who would like to come with a friend or partner. These make use of the various pilates Equipment for a full body functional rehabilitation program.
